Dated on 7th September 2022, there was an argument on the case filed by Dr. Nowhera Shaik on Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi for defaming Heera Group in 2018. Heera Group CEO Dr. Nowhera Shaik had filed a defamation suit of 100 crore rupees on MP Asaduddin Owaisi. As Owaisi was the first person to file an FIR against Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Shaik seeing a Member of Parliament filing an FIR every other investor followed him. One of Owaisi’s aid had claimed in the parliament saying that Heera Group has to pay investors an amount of 50000 Crores rupees which was just politically motivated. Even Asaduddin Owaisi had also tried to tarnish the image of Heera Group in a public rally.

Now again his council asked for rejecting the petition. Heera Group Countered the petition of Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi. On the 7th of September, City Civil court adjourned and said that the next hearing would be on 26th November 2022. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan, AIMIM leader is another main reason for taking the roots further. In 2018 Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan made an association called Heera Group Victim Association, he being President of it for taking the political rivalry. Provoked Heera Group investors to file cases against Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Shaik so that he can extort money from Dr. Nowhera Shaik. A 10-crore defamation case on Shahbaz Ahmad khan is also going on in the same court.
