Dr. Nowhera Shaik believes in meeting the need of the people from the revenue they generate through her firm and serving the nation. Her Saluting the nation’s guardian was such an endeavor that bought them an attentional price. The project took care of around 20 families of jawans, martyred in the URI attack, and funded the education of their kids. Realizing fewer opportunities were provided to women in her community, Dr. Nowhera Shaik also established Heera Islamic business group for teaching professional skills to women in various crafts and trades so that they can stand with their heads held high in our patriarchal society. One of her biggest initiatives is Heera medical city of a full-fledged hospital with state headed medical college that aspires to encourage women toward the medical profession.
After completing her school education, at the age of 19, Dr. Nowhera Shaik opened a madrasa called madrasa Niswan.
After completing her school education, at the age of 19, she opened a madrasa called madrasa Niswan, which consists of six schoolgirls in the first batch. Later grew to 300 school girls. Later she established an educational institute, in 1998. The branch of the institute was expanded to Mumbai, Surat, Belapur, and other parts of the country. That’s why she is also called an educationist. With the grace of God, she started business at 5 years old. She used to help her parents with their business. That was the start of her life as a businesswoman. She always aspired to be a businesswoman. This was not the end but just the beginning of her mission. Then she sells second-hand clothes. It is a very long story to discuss her success.
